How did I Passed the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Exam

Are you preparing for the Microsoft Azure Certified Fundamentals AZ-900 exam? Many questions would be hovering into your mind like what will be the difficulty level of the exam? On which Microsoft Azure topics should I spend more time? and so on.
Don’t worry! I also had these questions in my mind while preparing for my Microsoft Azure Certified Fundamentals exam certification. I got over these questions and finally passed the certification exam. Yes, I’m a Microsoft Azure Certified Fundamentals now!
I was working on Google Cloud Platform for almost 1 year And while working I believed giving this exam would double validate my knowledge on the subject.
Microsoft Azure Certified Fundamentals Exam
I believe it’s a good start to enter the Azure World. Passing the certification would give you some confidence to Azure services and its technology. As the name suggests AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals is one of the basic exams that covers some general knowledge about Microsoft Azure.
The Microsoft AZ-900 exam covers a basic understanding of cloud concepts including core Azure services, security, privacy, compliance, and trust, as well as Azure Pricing and support.
Allover I have utterly realized that one just needs to persistently practice to get used to something new. Once you are used to it, then it feels all delightful & comfortable. I left one comfy zone to get into a new zone and made it comfier. Which I did frequently !! :)
What are the Important Topics for the Microsoft Azure Certified Fundamentals Exam Preparation?
There are a ton of resources to help with your exam preparation. Microsoft recommends using its online platform, Microsoft Learn, which provides learning paths and modules you can read at your own pace for free.
Azure fundamentals learning path is the recommended course to prepare the AZ-900 exam.
- Understanding Cloud Concepts and Cloud Models
- Learning about Core Azure Services
- Learn about security, Privacy, Compliance, and Trust
- Understanding Azure Pricing and Support
Microsoft explains what you need to know for each service in the documentation. The explanations include, amongst others, a service overview and quickstarts you can experiment to have a better understanding.
You are required to score a minimum of 700 to pass the exam. Anyone scoring less than this mark will be considered as Fail.
All these steps were enough to let me pass the AZ-900.
